Terms & Conditions
Renter Information:
- Minimum renter age is 23 years.
- Renter must hold Driving License or International Driving License at least one year.
- Renter must have a valid major credit card.
Insurance:

Collision Damage
Waiver (CDW):
reduces the renter’s financial responsibility from full replacement
value of the vehicle and loss of use to the non waivable excess. Renter’
responsible to maximum 8,000 bath for car group A, B, C, K, N and
maximum 15,000 bath for car group D, E, F, P, M, L.
Delivery / Collection:
Free delivery and collection within Avis area locations in Thailand.
Petrol:
Vehicles are rented out with a full tank, which is refilled at the renter’s expense on return.
One way rental:
One way rental is available between Avis locations in Thailand. Plus applicable drop fee charge. No drop fee for rent from
7 days or more.
24 Hours:
A rental day is 24 hours. Extra full hours are charged at
1/5 of the daily rate.
Additional driver:
Additional drivers must meet minimum age and rental requirements. Plus applicable charge.
Baby seat:
Baby seat is available upon requested (subject to availability) plus applicable charge.
Extension of Rental:
If you wish to extend your rental beyond the original termination date, it is important that the renting station be advised immediately and the required advance payment is paid so that insurance cover is extended. Failure to do so may mean the rental is driving the vehicle without insurance.
Terms and Conditions:
Other terms and conditions of the rental are subject to the conditions at the reverse side of Rental Agreement which will be provided upon rental.
